Location! Location! The best. Minutes from everything. But the place owes its greatness because of the wonderful and friendly staff. From the custodians, reception and even the café. Experience the warmth of the Panamanians right here. Bathrooms need repairs and updating. I used the gym but its in a state of disrepair. Great amenities, just needs some attention. For the price you cant go wrong. Will definately be back.

As helpful and sweet as the staff members were. The hotel is in full construction. My room didn't have a tv that worked or a phone to call downstairs ... buttons in the elevator broken. Rooms smell like mold. And the they market the place as having amenities like spa and gym which are in construction. Do not book this place if ur looking for gym or spa. But the staff is sweet.

Hospedium Princess is just one of the more older styled & furnished Hotel but apart from this.....great location. Lots of variety shops and restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and accommodating i remember Cheki & Grace at the front desk, very nice. Breakfast was not bad at all there were some sort of variety but the fruits were great & fresh each morning. The rooms are clean and fully Air-conditioned. This is one of the more affordable hotel in the city to stay.

I would recommend the hotel. Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping centres, and other attractions close to "cinta costera". Bed sheets and new towels every day. The price for a room + breakfast is fair. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the pool, but it looks nice...maybe next time :)

The cleaning staff was excellent and cleaned everyday. The lights in the room were not working and the room was very dark. The ac unit was also not functional so the room was hot. I contacted front desk on this when I arrived, they promised to send a maintenance person. Day 1 no one came, complained again. Day 2 no one came, complained again. Day 3 after complaining again the maintenance person promptly came and sorted the lights. He was not able to fix the ac, said it was a fault on roof, and that it would be sorted. At this point I was tired of complaining. This issue was never resolved for the duration of my stay. I stayed 8 days

It's a mid-age hotel; I am sure it was one of the best 15 years ago. Has some maintenance problems, like a missing desk in the room, the bathtub is old and has some big scratches, the key for the water for the shower broke on the third day, the rug shows the past ot the time, but the worst of all was that 2 of the 3 elevators have missing buttons on the control panel so you can't push the lobby button, at the end of the day, only 1 elevator worked properly. The good thing was the staff; everyone was so nice and willing to help. Location was good too.

I have stayed twice and definitely recommend getting the breakfast included! Everything was great just a few maintenance aesthetics that need to be updated and taken care of in rooms with outdated furniture and some interior damages. Otherwise it’s in a great location and will definitely stay again!

Dated hotel with an older charm but very good for the price. Air conditioning stays on all the time, no adjusting. Situated near Starbucks, Burger King, Pio Pio and some attractions are walking distance. Staff helps a lot even though their English is not the best. No outside food in hotel. Breakfast options are varied.
