パナマシティービーチの真っ白な砂浜にある美しい湾岸のタウンホーム「ビーチサイドブリス」へようこそ！ ビーチサイドブリスは禁煙です。

ビーチサイドブリスは2階建てのタウンホームです。 高層ビルのコンドミニアムではありません。 ビーチに直接開くプライベートデッキがあります（文字通り、ガラスの引き戸から歩いて出ます）。 巨大なコンクリートの駐車ガレージに駐車する必要はありません（玄関のすぐ外に駐車します）。非常に忙しいエレベーターを延々と待つ必要はありません。高層コミュニティに典型的な他のコンドミニアム居住者。 これは本当に「至福」です！

ユニットには3つの大きなベッドルームがあり、すべて上質な家具（および高品質のマットレス）が整っています。湾での冒険の一日の後も快適に眠ることができます。 マスターベッドルームには、メキシコ湾を見渡すキングサイズのベッドと絵窓があります。 2番目のベッドルームは子供にやさしく、4〜6（クイーンサイズのベッド2台と「フルサイズ」の二段ベッド）で快適に眠ることができます。 シャワー付きの（新しく改造された）バスルームに隣接したクイーンサイズのベッドを備えたメインレベルのベッドルームもあります。 3つのベッドルームにはすべてフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。

リビングルームも整っており、ゆったりとしたソファ、2つの快適な椅子、42インチのフィリップスHDTV（DVDプレーヤー付き）をお楽しみいただけます。 ほとんどのスポーツネットワークと一部のプレミアムムービーチャンネルを含む160以上のチャンネル（Xfinity）に登録しています。

キッチンはグルメの喜びです...カスタムのトーマスビルのキャビネット、花崗岩のカウンター、特大の中央の島、そして高級なステンレス製の器具。 キッチンには、皿、鍋、フライパン、調理器具/食器が豊富に揃っています。 バケーションレンタルで優れた調理器具を保管するのは難しいので、3〜6か月ごとにすべての鍋とフライパンを交換します。 一緒に予約して、そこにないものが必要な場合は、電話またはテキストをお送りください（できるだけ早くお届けします）。 バーベキューがお好きなら、湾のフロントデッキで使用できるハイエンドのウェーバーガスグリルを見つけてください。

Excellent location. Very clean and nice interior. Loved that it isn't a high rise so the beach isn't crowded and you can hose off and leave sandy things on the deck and not have to bring them inside! Could really use somewhere to hang clothes inside though and some towels hooks in the bathroom. Great place, would book again.

Absolutely amazing beachfront townhome

From booking to checking in/out, I picked an awesome property in Beachside Bliss. The townhome was undergoing some renovations that are modern & amazing; they did not distract from the living arrangements. The kitchen had all the modern appliances. I used the perc coffee pot but did notice a Kuerig. The are plenty of plates, pots, pans, cups, silverware, etc. Each bedroom has a tv with cable. The WiFi was on point; we had 6 devices connected (4 iPhones & 2 iPads) and had no lag or interruptions. The deck has the polywood furniture (sturdy & comfortable). I do believe the grill should be replaced/updated. The townhome sits right on the beach which was very nice. The location is awesome, everything is within a few miles. The grocery store is literally across the street as well as a few restaurants. Pier Park mall and the boardwalk is about a 7 minutes drive. Overall, this location is amazing, the owners are very responsive in a timely manner and you can tell that take pride in their listing. I highly recommend this property.

Refreshing!

The property was beautiful, very clean, great location. It is literally steps away from the shore and is so relaxing to be able to enjoy the beautiful views and beaches without hoards of people. There were neighbors and others, but room to relax without being deserted. The amenities were excellent, updated throughout. Our only complaint was not enough dishes, glasses or pots. We enjoy wine but very limited glasses for a place so large. This is an easy remedy and would not keep us from returning. The parking is tricky if driving a large SUV. Otherwise, I recommend this retreat and we hopefully will return soon!

This house is amazing beach access is amazing!! The only issue we had at all traveling with a 5 pound doggie she was able to fit through the rails on the deck and was able to escape. We will definitely stay here again .

Had a nice time. The location is great. Beach access is amazing. Kitchen was a bit thin on supplies but we made it work. The washer and dryer were clean and didn’t smell moldy like a lot of sporadically used ones have a tendency towards.

Great stay

Very clean, spacious and thoughtful attention to details. The unit had everything we needed. Being right on the beach with a scenic view of the ocean on both levels was so nice! No issues with check in. It was also nice to be so close to a variety of restaurants, stores and pier park. Plenty of outdoor seating and no issues with units around us.

Great place! Would book again.

We had a group of 7 adults, ranging in age from 20-70. Everyone had a great stay and we all said we would book this place again in the future! The townhouse was as described and photos represent it accurately. The place was clean and well stocked, overall… though some things seemed mismatched (for instance: the 3 oven mitts were likely left behind from multiple, previous guests.. the same with some of the other kitchen items). They don’t advertise it, but there IS a Keurig as well as the drip coffee maker. We had an issue with the HVAC one day and our whole townhouse unit got above 80 degrees. I’m still not sure exactly what happened? We were aware the unit has an automatic shut-off of a/c if door is left standing open for a couple minutes; however, that didn’t occur. The owner responded quickly to my complaint and offered to have maintenance come to look at it the following day; however, the issue resolved itself before that was necessary. I do have a few minor “nitpicky” complaints… for such a large rental, the “living room” furniture is inadequate. It wasn’t enough seating for us and not very comfortable. That being said, we didn’t go there for the living room… we went for the beach which is amazing and very accessible from the rental!!! Lastly, the back decking could really use an update and a better shade system (the umbrella does not provide much shade and is not in good working condition). The deck furniture is heavy and gets very hot when left in the direct sun.

Stayed here for easy beach access and pets being allowed. Have always stayed in high tides at the beach in Panama City Beach but this experience is by far superior. No crowds and no elevators and you step outside you drck straight into the beach. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks

An amazing view
