The villa itself was wonderful, well decorated, nice layout. Having a garage was a plus. The 2nd floor deck was a nice place to have coffee or afternoon drink. There was no view of the Gulf, but the view of the gardens and courtyard was fine.
Issues: there were 3 TVs. The one in the lower bedroom would only receive one channel. Could not change it. The TV in the upper bedroom only offered a cheap free on line array of second rate programs. Firetv I think it was called. So nothing worth watching. The main TV had You Tube TV which was better, but was very cumbersome to use. There was no cable or direct TV.
Next, if a client is renting for 2 weeks, supplies for 2 weeks should be provided. One laundry pod, and 3 rolls of toilet tissue don't do it.
Next, there were 2 bikes for our use, but one had a flat tire. So no go.
Finally, the beach is used by folks from several resorts and is confined to a narrow area with no trespassing signs everywhere. Way too crowded and not at all inviting.
Positive: the security guys and maintenance people were fantastic, and the community is beautiful.
