This Seacrest Beach coastal luxury studio is the perfect destination for your vacation of a lifetime.

Stay in this gorgeous studio across the street from the beach and nestled between beautiful Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Rosemary Town Center is just a short stroll or bike ride away. Alys Beach offers concerts on the green under the stars.

PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO BOOK

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Apartment is renovated, clean and functional. location very convenient. Bathroom barn door does not close, actually rolls back open all the time. Compact space but well-appointed for the needs.

Beautiful beach area/neighborhood
My husband and I stayed 6 days/5 nights in this studio. On the positive side, the balcony sitting area was a plus in this small space. The bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. The shower was large and had a nice flow of water. On the negative side, please note there is no place to put your luggage. There are not enough bars/hooks in the bathroom to hang towels so they don't dry appropriately. There was only one garbage bag available in the bathroom for the whole week and only one very small bottle each of shampoo & conditioner for guests staying a week. The sink took a long time to drain when the water was running. There were makeup smudges on the bathroom door, thick layer of dust on the bathroom door lower trim and some kind of brown stain by the toilet base. The entry door to the studio was dirty, the trash area outside corresponding to that floor had a large spill/stain on the floor in front of the door. It was there all week, no one cleaned it. The "laundry room" in this building is a joke. It is a small space, the door opens inward which makes it very difficult to enter the room. The washer/dryer look outdated. It is a coin operation, but you have to bring your own coins because there is no bill changer there nor is there any detergent. Honestly, the Inn at Seacrest looks unkept, old & crappy compared to the other newer buildings. Obviously, you get what you pay for. The area is absolutely gorgeous, though. there is easy access to the beach.

Back again.
Second time staying at this property. Location is perfect with easy walk to Alys, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach. Unit is well appointed, very comfortable bed and bedding, nice shower, super clean. Communication is excellent and easy with 30A Seacapes management service. Will stay here again.....and again.

Great room with convenient location
The room was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed being walking distance from Alys Beach and Rosemary beach restaurants and shopping. Getting to the beach was an easy walk across the street as well. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
My family of 3 needed a clean, nice place to stay a couple of nights before meeting a large group of family. We were extremely pleased with the accommodations. My wife, daughter and I had a great stay. This is exactly the type of place we were looking to stay. I highly recommend staying at any of the properties that David manages. He is very professional and keeps the properties in excellent condition. Thank you!

My stay here was for business, not the beach. Location was excellent and close to the meeting site. Walked to restaurants. Bed very comfortable. Everything I needed. Would be work coming just to spend a day at the beach.
