Highly Recommend

We had a great time during our stay. The location is central to everything we wanted to do and a lovely easy walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and the condo is stocked with anything you need. I would absolutely stay here during my next trip to PCB.

We checked in Saturday and everything was perfect! Anytime we had any questions the host was very quick to respond. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach! The pool area was nice and very quiet!

Perfect location for our need. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Communication was quick. Check in was a breeze and we appreciated the little touches throughout the house. Will definitely be back.

Clean property at a great location

It was a nice and cozy apartment right alongside the beach. Due to the strong wind there was during the three days we stayed we only got to play at the beach for one day but we had so much fun in the adjacent areas. The location is perfect for family activities.

Seniors spring break

Perfect location! We were walking distance from beach and 10 minutes from Pier Park. House was clean well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Plenty of clean towels. Host easily accessible allowed early access after a very long drive! Quiet and safe area. The boys and I enjoyed the roominess of the condo. Will stay here again if we come back to PCB!

Great family unit

Exactly as advertised. Close enough to the beach but still affordable, great amenities, kids loved the pool to end each day, which was easy to walk to (2 minute walk), every tourist attraction in town was no more than a 15-20 minutes drive (that’s with traffic). At less busy times of the day, drive times were 5-10 minutes at most from shops, restaurants or tourist attractions. I definitely would recommend this property and the host was very friendly.

Quiet clean property

Really nice condo, very clean, and quiet neighborhood. There is a locked gate going from the area to the beach access, which was nice. Beware the wildlife. The neighborhood backs up to a wetland area. We did see two snakes, one in the front, one in the back. There were a couple of mechanical issues that I mentioned to the property manager. He said he would send maintenance to check them out. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the stay.

The condo was clean. The owner was in constant contact with me. We checked in with no problems. We did have a little incident and the owner was informed. He tried to get it fixed the same day but it was going to take longer to fix the problem. We was slightly inconvenienced and the owner did offer to do a refund which was appreciated. I hope the owner will be able to fix the problem soon . Overall we did have a great time. Thank you

Our stay at this VRBO was excellent! The owner was very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.One standout feature was the shower—great temperature control and strong water pressure, which made for an enjoyable experience after a long day.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. Buchung problemlos. Preis für die Unterkunft überwiesen, dann sehr lange keine Reaktion, keine Check-in-Daten erhalten etc. SMS an die hinterlegte Handyr. blieb unbeantwortet. Am Tag der Anreise dann über die hinterlegte Handynr. versucht, Kontakt zum Vermieter aufzunehmen, Ansage: "Nummer nicht vergeben". Starke Verunsicherung, ob es die Unterkunft überhaupt gibt oder wir auf einen Fake hereingefallen sind. Kontakt zur Hotline von FeWo direkt (Service nur auf Englisch, aber sehr zuvorkommend): Offenbar Missverständnis, die Handynummer war falsch und der Vermieter hatte nicht auf unsere Nachricht über die FeWo App reagiert. Immerhin war der Kontakt zum Vermieter dann freundlich.Zur Unterkunft: Lage sehr gut, Betten gut. Beworben für bis zu 6(!) Personen, leider Geschirr tlw. nur für 4-6 P. abgezählt und nur 3(!) Messer. (ordentlich ausstatten kostet nicht viel, sorgt aber für einen deutlich entspannteren Aufenthalt). Leider in der Verbindung vom WoZi zum 2. Schlafzimmer nur ein Vorhang, keine Tür, d.h. Aufenthalt abends mit Gesprächen nur in der Küche möglich. Leider war der Rolladen im Badezimmer defekt, lüften kaum möglich, WC nicht richtig sauber. Alle Türen (auch zum WC) mit Glaseinsatz (unpraktisch). Hauseingang gar nicht einladend (Zigarettenkippen vor der Haustür ohne Ende, Dreck sowie eine Sitzbank und alter Sessel, darauf Hundekotbeutel). Hausflur sehr staubig und dreckig. Schade für den Preis von fast 200 Euro pro Nacht. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.
