On the bottom floor you'll find the kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa overlooking the beautiful gulf! There is a patio area outside with seating & dining. Upstairs you will find the master, king sized bedroom with a private balcony and a dual vanity ensuite bathroom. Also upstairs is a bedroom that includes a double bed and twin bunk bed with a twin trundle and an ensuite, full bathroom.
You have access to the entire place! Enjoy the private, gulf-front patios on both the bottom floor and off of the master bedroom upstairs. Just steps from behind the row of townhomes is beach access for you.
*NEW: guests will have 2 complimentary beach chairs, a small table, and umbrella as part of your stay. You will be able to reserve this when you receive your welcome guide upon arrival.
In the heart of 30A in Seacrest Beach. This is unit 7 in a complex of individually owned townhomes right on the Gulf. It is a quiet and family friendly area where you can bike along 30 Avenue to your favorite restaurants, shops, and bars.
There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
