WaterSound’s dune lined beaches are the prettiest on 30A, and you will enjoy riding the bikes along the beach boardwalk to the neighborhood beach access. The expansive Dunesider Pool is a short stroll from the home, and the pool is heated seasonally.
WaterSound is a walkers’ paradise with miles of trails within the neighborhood and adjoining undeveloped Deer Lake State Park. The gated WaterSound community limits access only to guests staying in the neighborhood, making it perfect for quiet, peaceful vacations along 30A. There are many parks and nooks throughout the neighborhood to enjoy the amazing 30A weather year-round.
