We enjoyed our stay besides two hiccups. Our first two days at the condo, the second elevator was out of commission. We had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor quiet a few times which was not ideal. The wait times for the elevators averaged about an hour. Every guest we encountered said this was an ongoing issue and they weren't happy about it either. I know, however, that this is not the condo owner's fault. Once the elevator was fixed Monday night, that issue resolved itself and we had no further complaints there. The only other issue we had during our stay was the beach umbrella that was provided to us on the balcony. It was completely mangled, rusted, and would not work whatsoever. We ended up having to throw it away because it was of no use to anyone and was very dangerous with the rusted wire pieces sticking out. We were under the impression that we would be able to use the umbrella since it was included in the listing description. Other than that, we had a fabulous trip. The room was clean, all appliances worked perfectly, beds were comfortable, and the owner of our condo even included things for us like shampoo/conditioner, towels, extra pillows, two tide pods and dryer sheets for laundry, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Dawn sent us numerous emails about our stay telling us the codes to the room/beach/pool, check-in/check-out times, and what to expect upon arrival. We appreciated this because it took any guess work out of our arrival. We would stay here again.
