C105 is a two bedroom standard floor plan with 1050 Sq. Ft. that will accommodate up to 8 guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished. Located on the first floor which is not ground level, it's up one floor in the C building.
The living room has a flat screen TV/cable, sofa with queen sleeper and two leather recliners and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The dining area includes a table that seats six guests, along with a bar that seats two. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets and granite counter-tops.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/cable and a fully renovated bathroom with a tub/shower combo and great lighting.
The guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat screen TV/cable and a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a washer/dryer, the living room. The living room and bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the condo has tile. The balcony includes four chairs and a table.
The C building faces sideways so you are overlooking the pool and looking west/down the beach instead of directly at it. Can not beat a low floor, and a unit that looks at the Gulf of Mexico emerald water and incredible sunsets as well as two pools.
