Family Beach Getaway

We flew in from the Pacific NW for a family week on the beach. This condo was perfect. Spotless, well located and feet from miles of white sand. It had everything we needed for a family of five. The building is well maintained and the management company was very responsive to questions. The only small thing we would suggest is instructions on finding the unit’s parking space as they are randomly strewn throughout a four story garage!

Pros: This is a great condo right on the beach with beautiful views. Spacious for 4 people. Cons: Needs new/more cookware. Carpet in bedrooms could use a good cleaning. Overall a great place for the beach (Best Escape Anyone Could Have!!)

Best Condo

We throughly enjoyed unit 1104. We have been going to Panama City for many years and this condo was one of the best places we have stayed. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Looks just like the pictures show. The Realjoy rentals and VRBO made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to work with. We will defiantly be doing this again in the summer of 2020 and I hope we will be able to get this same unit.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this condo. It was just as pictured except for the balcony furniture. We chose this one partly because of the nice furniture that was pictured, and it is no longer there. What we had was passable though, and the wonderful large balcony made up for the missing furniture. The unit is very close to the elevator, which was very convenient and the building is in a great location. We did not want to leave.

Property was just as listed. Clean and nicely decorated. It was quite and very family friendly. The only issue we had was with parking. Extremely limited, and very tight. People parked in our reserved space which then made us park in someone else’s space then it l lead to us getting a phone call to move. Other than that it was great! Will stay again!

Property was very nice as shown on website. We had a beautiful ocean front condo with beautiful sunsets.Only suggestion is let your guest know what level your parking spot is on. Maybe it was sent to us but we couldn't find it nor was it written down in the condo. We did find it after about a half hour. Not a big deal but much needed. It is very easy to load and unload the car with 4 wheel carts by the elevator. We would definitely go back.

Best condo we’ve stayed in! Clean, great location, and great communication!

This is our 6th time staying in PCB and our third time at Tropic Winds. The other condos we’ve stayed in don’t compare to this one. The room is conveniently located close to the elevators. It was extremely quiet the whole week. The bunk room was perfect for our two little ones to have their own space. There were extra chairs and toys if we needed them too. The condo was extremely clean. The balcony was perfect! We were able to have lunch there daily. We saw dolphins daily, and even got a visit from a sea turtle! I will say the mattress in the master bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable, but my husband liked it. I think that’s just a personal preference. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay in 1104 again!

I thought the unit could have been cleaner. All surfaces were cleaned but chair rungs, coffee table wrought iron, headboard were very dusty. There was no dresser in the second bedroom and the light in the closet didn’t work.The second bathrooms tub water never got hot only lukewarm. The kitchen could use a pair of scissors. The maintenance person did come and fix the outlets in the kitchen that stopped working. Loved the balcony. That was terrific!!

Good value Great View!

We enjoyed our stay overall unit seemed pretty clean and view was amazing. Didn’t realize we had to bring everything like seasoning, condiments, paper towels, TP, real hand soap, and all the little things. Usually units we rent have more basics but maybe I should’ve paid closer attention to description. Elevators were fast, parking was easy no noise around us and walking distance to good restaurants and great AC unit.

Great hosts

I can't speak to this condo, as it had an unexpected plumbing problem right before our stay, but the hosts were very accomodating about finding us another condo to stay, which ended up being a 1BR upgrade. It was a very nice, clean and had a great view of the gulf. I highly recommend staying in one of their properties.

We were told we needed to bring toilet paper, garbage bags and detergent so we brought it and found out we didn’t need it. There wasn’t a simple cutting board. The bed was terrible. They said they fixed it but it didn’t really.

Carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. You didn’t want to walk barefoot on it, but the rest of the condo was clean. Very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful get away

Everything was so easy! I love the location. The condo is very comfortable. The beds were comfy and furniture. I absolutely love the balcony which is big and spacious. We had everything we needed. I will book this condo next year. FYI - parking space for condo is on 2nd floor, we had a little trouble finding it.

We were so pleased with the condo enough room for my family. Kitchen was fenomenal. 2 Bathroom has help tremendously with showers for my kids. Had a great experience and we will considere come back next year. The view of the ocean was a breath taking. Thanks.
