Pics online do not match

When we first arrived at the condo we were very disappointed that the condo didn’t really look like it does in the pics online. The carpet in the bedroom and on the porch were disgusting. The floors were all dirty when we arrived. The washer doesn’t work properly. It’s off balance and makes the scariest noises if you aren’t prepared to hear it. All that being said, we did enjoy our time and really liked the resort. The walk to the beach and even to some of the pools can be brutal in the heat so a golf cart really is needed.

Great place a short walk from the beach

What a great spot! A clean, well-stocked and convenient condo. We had four adults and four kids, and we loved walking to the beach and using the various pools, pickleball courts, tennis and mini golf. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and even a pleasant surprise with some board games and pool floats. So nice to sit by the lagoon in the morning or evening, and we just loaded up a couple wagons to head to the beach and the pool by the beach. Nice to have TVs in each room and a washer and dryer that could handle the beach towels. One very minor complaint was there was no bedding for the fold-out couch, so we had to borrow from the other beds. Even just a spare blanket would be a nice touch. Would happily return!

Summer vacation

This was a great place to stay. Like anywhere… there are always small quirks . We were within walking distance to the beach . Pool. Restaurants. We were able to cook here every night. Laundry was useful to wash ocean laden items nightly. End unit was quiet . Loved the patio for morning coffee . I would stay again .

Base camp for triathlon

Very proactive management. They contacted me several days before my stay to inform me of a problem with refrigerator. It was my option to stay in the unit or go to another property to get a different 3 bedroom unit. As we had other guest in the same complex we elected to stay in scheduled condo. OUR CHOICE! As soon as we arrived, they sent a large cooler full of ice that more than took care of us for our short (2day) stay. On day two we contacted about getting propane for the grill and they took care of it before dinner time. I really appreciate the way Book That Condo handle all this. Things happen and they leaned forward to communicate options and fix what they could. I would definitely book this again.

Bike week

Location was great with the canal right out the patio door. However, the AC was broken the entire stay and the refrigerator was not working either. Property management tried the best to get things fixed and brought a cooler and ice as well as temporary AC mobile units.

Location, location, location

This property is located in a popular area of Panama City Beach, very close to some of the area's best restaurants. It sits along a very tranquil canal. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and well updated. Very friendly residents. Some of the cons: It had a pungent, objectionable odor that dominated the air throughout the property. Carpet on stairs and the area rugs on the first floor are stained and dated. Lower level A/C unit located in MBR was excessively noisy. MBR mattress not recommended for those with back or hip issues.

Perfect Size

It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Close to the beach without having to deal with elevators or parking lots. Very clean and so many bathrooms, loved that our kids didn’t have to argue over space.

Perfect spot

We could not have asked for better accommodation! Perfect size for the family! Beautifully appointed. Convenient to our meeting place, to shops and attractions, and to the restaurants and beaches! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Best property for vacation

This was by far the best property we’ve rented, the property manager was very helpful and easy to get ahold of, the gated community was easy to get in and out of and nice neighbors,The home was amazing and much bigger than we’d had imagined. The walk to the beach was only about 4 minutes so not bad at all. The location was close to almost anything we needed or wanted and we hope to rent this place again.

Large Condo

We had a great time at this condo! It was huge and we loved sitting out back watching the turtles in the water. The walk to the beach was less than 10 mins away, and every activity we did outside of the condo was w/in a 10 min drive. The condo was nice and clean. My only complaints would be that there weren’t extra trash bags, just the ones in the trash cans and there is no Wi-Fi available to guests. However it kept us off our phones (service was terrible). We will def be coming back!

Great family vacation

The townhouse 208 at gulf highlands was great! Clean and nice. The only thing that would have made it better is to have a beach wagon there to use or golf cart. The walk to the beach was a bit much carrying the canopy and chairs and cooler. But overall great stay! Many memories made.
