E1106 is a fully furnished three bedroom extra that will accommodate a maximum of eleven guest with its spacious 1975 sq. feet floor plan.

The living room has a 65 flat screen TV/cable, a sectional sofa and a leather recliner as well as sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The dining area includes a table that will seat six, along with a bar that will seat three.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a glass top stove and new cabinets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a day bed to sleep and additional child/person, 55 inch tv, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. It has a garden tub, dressing area and a private bath with vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has two double size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a small refrigerator and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The third bedroom has two double size beds, a flat screen TV/cable and sliding glass doors that lead to its own small private balcony.

There is a full size washer/dryer, the unit is tiled in main living areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. The balcony has seven comfy chairs and four tables.

View- directly faces the water, you can also see down the beach East/West, with a sunset view. You can also view the D/E pool area from the balcony.
