staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were spacious and the pool was nice. very short walk to the beach. wi.fi however took me back to 1990 and the good old days of AOL. but if internet is not your main concern then i definitely recommend this place.

I glad we discovered this property

This location was great for what we wanted. I didn't give it an excellent because it wasn't as accommodating as a hotel room but it was great for a group of church guys just getting away for a few day, I have nothing negative to say. The staff was friendly and the grounds were kept nicely groomed. I'm glad I ran across this place and defiantly plan to stay here again.

We had a good overall experience during our stay in Panama City. The property is very well maintained, in an excellent location, and the staff was friendly and respectful at all times. However, there were a few things we wish we had known beforehand. We were charged by Expedia, but the invoice from the property was significantly lower — which means Expedia kept a significant markup. Also, while the listing mentions that extra sheets cost $15, it’s not clearly stated that no sheets or towels are provided at all unless you pay for them. We had to pay an additional $45 just to get sheets and towels for our family (two small beds for our kids and a larger one for us). The unit also does not include any toiletries (no soap or shampoo), dish soap, or even a sponge. If you’re prepared for those extra costs or bring your own supplies, the place is actually a great spot to stay.

My family was very pleased!

Booking was easy. It was the most affordable rental we found. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were arriving a day early and staying an extra day, Justin accommodated us with the 2 extra nights! They provided us with a wooden high chair when we requested it. Our 2 bed/1bath cottage was decent and described accurately online. The beach access is straight across the street! All tenants were friendly and there was plenty of parking. The only thing I can say slightly negative is that I would like the cottages to be cleaned better before arrival and they need to replace the carpet and blinds. We had 10 adults and 5 kids and we all agreed that we definitely will stay here again!!
