DETAILS: Located just steps from the beautiful beaches in Rosemary, Mozell Cottage is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that sleeps 14 guests. With white stucco, a private pool, a carriage house, and over 800 square feet of outdoor space, there is plenty of privacy and space to sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, modern and sophisticated artwork fill every room for a coastal, elegant feel. The first floor has access to the courtyard and pool, leading into 3 guest rooms. The first is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and soaking tub. The other 2 both feature queen beds and private bathrooms.

The second floor is the home's main level and features an open kitchen and living room, tied together by plenty of natural light that shines from the porch and 2 swanky light fixtures over the dining table and living area. The chef's kitchen has premium, stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island with marble countertops, and seating for 12 at the bar and dining table. French doors open up to a sprawling balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, providing soft sunlight and a bed swing for the perfect spot to read a book or sip coffee in the morning. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a seating area with a private bathroom.

The home also features a carriage house across the courtyard for guests that are looking for more privacy. There is a living room with a full-sized sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a private balcony, a dining table, and a kitchen with full-size appliances. There is also a bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Overall a great stay and location!

Location was perfect! House was beautiful overall. Check in and out process was a little tough because we didn’t know until the day of if we could check in early and we had a bunch of luggage. We had an issue with a gas smell and they were super quick to respond!

Perfect spot

This property is newly renovated and all the amenities are functional including the ice maker and sharp knives in the kitchen. The pool heat is optional during the off months and heats the pool to 95. Two enclosed garage parking spots is a huge plus. There were a couple things that could be improved: 1) tv experiences: soundbar for the main living area and smart tv’s in the bedrooms. 2) a simple user guide for the home that explains things like there is an alarm for the pool area, etc. When we arrived there was a project going for the roof that they were trying to finish before we arrived. There was a ladder going to the roof and nails and debris all over the outdoor space and in the pool. But the management company responded immediately and took care of cleaning it up very quickly. They also offered a credit for 1 day lack of use of the pool. I think it was a miscommunication between the parties, so not a huge issue - this stuff happens during downtime off season in RB. We would definitely stay here again - it was very clean and comfortable with a terrific location.

We had a great stay. The only issue we had was the ice maker wasn't working, however they provided us two bags of ice upon arrival to make up for the issue. Other than that, everything was great.

Started by sitting outside in the Florida heat for 45 minutes with an 18 month old infant. because the door codes didn’t work. Could not get ahold of 360 Blue. No answer. Finally called the people that scheduled the beach chairs and umbrellas and they were able to reset the door codes. The pool area and outside seating area was covered in sand and broken glass. Outside Furniture was covered in sand. When we entered the home it smelled of mold and musty. That smell never went away the whole week. The carriage house had a pile of wet towels on the floor and had not been cleaned. The home furniture it’s dirty and worn. The sofa pillows are collapsed. Pillows are stained. The refrigerator is 27” the size of an RV refrigerator. NO ICE MAKER!!!! What home in Florida doesn’t have an ice maker. We had to buy ice all week. The home has not been maintained. Toilet paper holders are falling off the wall. There is no place to put groceries so we moved stuff out of cabinet between stairs to put groceries. No pantry. My 85 year old Mom fell down the stairs the first night. The hand rail stops with 2 more steps. She missed the last 2 steps and fell breaking her hip. Had surgery the next day to replace her hip. She is still in the hospital until this Thursday. Guest beware of the stairs. The carriage house was fine except for the small TV in the bedroom and did not have a remote. The bathroom vanity is not for more than one person. 3 people including the infantry left with colds and cough

Beautiful, comfortable home- Only room for 2 cars- Difficult Parking!

We brought our 4 daughters and son-in-laws with one grand-son (18 months) for a week of family time at Rosemary Beach! Pros: Wonderful family room- comfy seating, huge table for game nights, and well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms have nice beds/linens but limited room to unpack or store clothes. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was very nice! The master bedroom was really big with dresser and huge closet- nice tub and shower! (But right next to the front door- so loud slams plus the alarm interrupted sleep each morning.) The loft was spacious and a great place for teens/kids. The carriage house was perfect for privacy and for the baby to sleep soundly! Cons: Parking for a such a huge house was limited to TWO vehicles. Finding a spot on the street was touch and go each day. We would choose a beach front home next time as this area was very congested and overly populated at area shops and restaurants. We figured out the door siren buttons quickly to avoid the ear piercing alarm every time someone opened the door. The description is misleading regarding parking availability and was a real issue. Overall- Beach was beautiful with chair/umbrella rental available each day. Made Lloyd of memories but would search for a place with private beach access- and better parking!

Stunning Home

The pictures don’t do the home justice. Walking distance to beach and the Rosemary square. Great porch and definitely upgrade to have the pool warm during the winter. Fabulous location! Only note the first floor thermostat was not working and made for some cold nights in December.

Great home in a perfect location.

We loved our stay at this amazing home. It is just steps from the beach. It was so nice not to have to load up on bikes even. We could just walk to the beach to the chairs that we set up and waiting for us. 360 Blue was incredibly attentive to any needs we had. We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. Great patio that wraps around 1/2 of the house.

This house is absolutely stunning! 5 star experience all around. The property management is so helpful; able to stock the fridge before hand, plan activities, handle every need you might have. The location is ideal, tucked back 2-3 blocks from the beach in the heart of the town! Easy walk to the beach as well as incredible restaurants. Highly highly recommend for big groups or families!

Great property in the heart of Rosemary Beach

The property was in an awesome location 2 short blocks from walkover H. Very close to the Pearl Hotel and shops. Very clean other than broken glass found all around pool deck. Called the property manager who came out quickly and hosed it down but glass remained, the bedrooms were clean and all with private bath. Very nice. Kitchen was quite modern with dining area and living room. Room for all 10 of us and 2 children. Pool was convenient to have. We used it every day. Would definitely rent again from 360 Blue Property.
