Convenient & Comfortable

Will likely stay again

Great location right in the beach with a gorgeous view of the beach and water, close to shopping and dining. It’s a lovely condo with everything needed to cook and relax. We also appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. I do suggest a new Kerurig and broom.

Baseball tournament week

Nice lay out. Condo needs some repairs. Front door wasn't locked and wouldn't lock when arrived. Sliding door to deck is worn and wouldn't open . Mattress in guest room not very comfortable. Overall condo was what we wanted for a family vacation Wouldn't stay again

The property was just as described. The ocean view was breathtaking!

Unit was clean and exactly as described. Rental was a breeze, location was great, ocean view was amazing! Very quiet beach area, so plenty relaxing!

Family Friendly

Amazing condo, Beautiful overlook of the Ocean! We were welcomed with a bucket of goodies and a sweet postcard. We plan to come back!

Enjoyed our stay.

Our unit was clean & comfortable. I had a problem with my door code and they had it resolved very quickly. I would stay at this property again.

Summer Vacay

NOT ENOUGH ICE Broken chairs on deck!! Parking bad

The ice maker in freezer was broken!!!! They had 3 small ice trays in freezer. I didn't pay that kind of money to fill ice trays!!! They pick up the broken chairs and said they would return with them fix or new ones! That never happen!!! We had 6 people in the room but 3 chairs!! I was NOT told we would have to park in parking place CROSS the street!!! Sometimes it was 5 minutes away from Condo. I just had a knee replacement had a very hard time this trip!! I will never stay with this company or VRBO again!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER !!! PAID VERY GOOD MONEY FOR THIS CONDO!!

Property seemed well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. More parking is definitely needed. If we had of had any issues, it was not clear who to contact. Overall, it was a great first visit to PCB for my family and I.

check in was awful. No one avail to help

The parking was awful some man there said we could not park in lot with out a blue card since I need have a handicap sticker he said I could park in lot but my daughter who is not in good health had to park off site . We were eating and had both of our cars since one car would not hold us all and got a call from the man at condo who said if we did not move one of the cars was going to be towed and it had already been settled. The only good thing this man ever said to me was never to rent from VRBO unless it was from the owner. In addition one afternoon we were all in condo and the door flew open an another man come hurrying in to change a out side light from orange to yellow for the turtles . No one was nude but that is beside the point.

Dirty condo.

Condo was dirty and furniture in disrepair. Parking is terrible, poorly lit no way i would let my wife walk out there at night. Plus it was to far from the building. I don’t think over half a block away on the opposite block from the condo. We will not becoming back to this facility.

Beautiful Beaches

When we arrived, one of the chairs on the balcony was torn up so it couldn't be used. The others looked like they were about to tear at any time. Only one elevator worked the majority of our stay. So, long waits just to get to our room. The parking deal is horrible!! If you couldn't find an empty space, you had to park in the overflow parking which was $6/ day. Other than those issues, we enjoyed it.

Fabulous condo! Excellent view! The master bedroom and bath are the best part. Porch furniture needs updating. Nice location convenient to walmart, and within walking distance to pineapple willy’s.

Perfect Beach Location

The condo was perfect and just as pictured and described. To enter the building, pool, and return from the beach you’ll use a short 4 digit code. To enter the condo itself, you’ll use a longer 8 digit code but it was not a problem to memorize for the week. We preferred the code method over having to carry around a key everywhere you went. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had good water pressure. The elevators were quick and parking across the street was no problem, even with kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the condo had 3 beach chairs and a tub of sand toys for the kids to use. Since Grandview East is a smaller condominium and it has an empty lot next door, the beach was not crowded at all and we visited during a prime spring break week.

Great condo, beautifully decorated, very clean except for a big grease stain in bottom of oven. Must have just been overlooked. Will definitely stay here again!
