"Room was clean and comfortable, booked this last minute for one night , the host couldn’t do enough for us ,we wanted to go where the restaurants were , she arrange a lift there and back for us, also we needed a taxi for 6.30am the next morning, host was up waiting for us. "

"The owners here are incredible, so very nice. Room was clean and excellent, pool nice, only thing I didnt like was having to hear the calls to prayer through the walls, but you cant change that. Parking area left a bunch of treesap and debris on my rental car, but as a place to stay Id still give it a 4 plus!"

"The resort was nice! It’s in a slightly quieter part of town, but still easily walkable to the beach and night market. The resort rooms feel very private as they are individual villas which is a great feature. Breakfast is very good and staff is friendly! I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Krabi"

"We stayed here for 5 nights and had a really great stay, we were a bit nervous after reading some reviews about noise level, but it was pretty quiet for the most part but YMMV. The A/C unit took a bit to get to the sweet spot and the building was a bit dinged up in spots, but the staff even with limited English was very sweet and accommodating. If location and price are two of the big checkmarks for you than I think Salty Sand is a good choice. If potential noise and partying isn’t for you...

"Området var praktisk pga ca 30 min fra flyplass. Hotellet framsto som nytt og fint. Området var utafor sentrum, kun små lokale salgsboder/butikkar...lucky beach? Tja, stranda var eit godt stykke vekk. Rommet var flott! Betjeninga var service innstilt, men snakka dårlig engelsk. Dette vart problematisk når vi skulle bestille taxi til flyplass, pga misforståelser. To soverom og to senger. Såg reint ut. Likevel hadde to kryp funne vegen inn...en søt firfisle som trulig jakta på en mindre søt...

You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. Hot water had very low pressure, almost impossible to wash long hair. Noise of cars and motorbikes from the main road, which is right behind the fence. We are not...

"First of all. Its a nice old building, but it certenly need some maintence and TLC. The poolarea have missing tiles here and there, and there are no garbage cans. There is 3 bars in the poolarea, all closed. The check in took hours, everything whit paper and pen. The computer is inventet… "
