Top location within the old town but can be reached by car and hotel has parking garage! All old town sights within short walking distance, yet the area is still quiet, which is a plus as some other areas are bustling with people and noisy. The reception staff is super friendly and offers help and guidance. Very much enjoyed my stay!

We liked our stay here but thought the price was a bit high for the size of the room and the amenities. The location is great and we did not have any issues.

After 30hrs in transit it was a godsend. Such a gorgeous hotel with well equipped rooms and great views over Pamplona.

aparcacoche no habia tuve que pagar 19€ y lo baje yo al garaje cuando llegas no te reciben con unas buenas noches y pedimos habitacion cama unica para dos y dijo que solo habia doble y llame previamente y me colgaban al salir ala mañana yo visto en chandal y me miraron como descarados y al salir del hotel me preguntaros que si abia cojido algo del mini bar y le conteste hojala por que no habia ni el mini bar el agua que te dejan de cortesia es agua de grifo rrellena y algunas bombillas fundidas calefacion no calienta

Habitación cómoda, hay que mejorar algunas cosas
Instalaciones correctas, el servicio muy acogedor, el personal muy amable en especial todas las personas en recepción. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran cafetera en la habitación, que el restaurante tuviera horarios más amplios, que no estuviera bloqueado el reataurante por eventos locales, la habitacion comoda .

Nuestra habitación estaba bien calidad/precio, sobre todo por la ubicación del hotel. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno está bien para el precio. Ahora bien, nuestra habitación no tiene nada que ver con lo que vimos en las fotos. El hotel se encuentra en obras, de ahí que algunas habitaciones, probablemente las que están en oferta, sean más anticuadas y limitadas que las de las fotos.

Very good location. Staff very friendly. Although, it was like staying in a dorm. Long narrow hallways with doors that are difficult to close without slamming. This noise is heard loudly all hours of the night. Room amenities are lacking. No coffee, no facial tissues, no hand lotion etc. On-site restaurant was convenient but the food was not appetizing. Undercooked( raw) fish and oily vegetables. I’m was not surprised we were the only ones eating in the restaurant that night.

Catedral Hotel October 2023
The hotel and location were excellent, with only a 2 minute walk to the main square and Cathedral etc. Parking was a real bonus, and easily accessed at the rear of the Hotel. Just drive up to the front and a member of staff will park your car. Use (Portal Francia ) on your Satnav to find the access through the park. It seems strange, but that is the best route as reception explained.
