The property is on a dead-end road so it is very quiet all around. Safe for pets and children. The kitchen was very functional with every dish, pots & pans, and utensils you would ever need! "This is a new listing so everything inside the house is new and very clean. There is tons of room, so it's a great house for large groups. Just a correction on an earlier review about the house being "quiet" for folks who don't know the Cape. This house backs onto Route 6 with a low ridge separating the two. You won't see but you WILL hear traffic even at night with the windows closed (as trucks service Ptown) unless you have the AC on, and you will most certainly hear it when you sit outside. This won't necessarily bother everyone, but if you're hoping for nature sounds, look for something farther away from the highway. "
