Decent enough for the price. Cleaning lady was pretty slack. Still had used coffee cups beside the after she had cleaned up. Apart from that the office lasy was nice and friendly

Ants in the bathroom, beds uncomfortable, bathroom mouldy, facilities very very old and dated, no kitchen sink, could hear people walking around in rooms above us. Would not stay again

Lots of things need maintenance, Shower was blocked, shower door need repairing. Toilet door wouldn’t close, shower only had warm water. No milk or tea in the room.

We were very happy with our stay here. Fantastic check in with a friendly face. The rooms (we booked two) were great, very clean and we loved the individual themes and the decor to match. The folder in the room with information about the motel itself and the surrounding areas (including menus) and the artist/theme of the room you were in was very comprehensive and a lovely touch. Certainly made our stay that much better because of it. Thank you

It is not culturally safe or hygenic to mix your food areas and washing areas- have to gather water from bathroom to drink or to wash eating utensils. Otherwise very adequate with staff who take care.

coffee and milk not topped up only had 3 sachets of coffee and 3 small containers of milk which was not replenished the 3 nights we were there. No sky tv only 1,2,3 channels. Sorry but will not stay there again. Toilet moved when sat on.

Convenient access to motel and easy parking. Friendly host. Room a bit dated, but that's why it's reasonably priced, and it had been vey well cleaned. Bed was super comfortable.

Hi Ramend, thanks very much for staying with Alpha Motor Inn. We realized that you have rated a very low experience when you stay with us. Normally our customers leave very high rate to our service, we understand that our facility may not be the greatest one in Palmy, but 7 years reputation is sufficient to demonstrate that we have done our best. Could you please be kind enough to advise the reason why you had an unpleasant experience during your stay. We don't know what caused the disappointment, but according to your verbal review, which was supposed to be a pleasant two nights, we do not understand what made you turn your attitude to another side. No matter what it is, we apologize for that, and we would like to know what we can do better in the future. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation:)
