Julie and Brian's love and pride for their property does not come short! They have been one of the greatests hosts we have come across! The property is very secluded with views that are just absolutely stunning. The sunrises and sunsets just hit different from this property on a hill. Julie and Brian were nothing but accomodating and very helpful. The cottage is immaculate and the property is beautifully maintained. They put in some hard work in maintaining it and it shows! We cannot thank them enough for closing our Alaska trip with such excellence all around. We would totally book this perfect place again!

Everything about the property was just as advertised. Incredible views from the guest house which sits at the top of an hill and the property is meticulously maintained. The house is very well stocked with every item you could need. Communication with the owners is easy and unobtrusive. We would come back here anytime !

Julie and Brian were the perfect hosts for our 2 day stay. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed.We were able to interact with them about places to visit, restaurants to try, and local knowledge of the area. Its probably one of the finest vrbo’s we have used.

We absolutely loved it, a bijou! Very warm welcoming and friendly hosts, excellent communication, excellent equipped with everything, nice bathroom with enough racks for the personal belongings, the Hosts thought at absolutely every details. The bed was so cozy, king size, perfekt sheets, cozy with lots of light through the whole cottage. The View from the cottage is stunning. We were thrilled to experience the rest of our round trip, but we were absolutely not happy to leave this place. Thank you so much for everything.

A tremendous property with a million dollar view of the surrounding mountains and valley. Great, gracious hosts who have thought of everything you'll need to have an enjoyable stay. Perfectly located near many, many outdoor activities. Palmer has some great food and drinks and this is the perfect base to adventure out from!

My husband and I came for business to photograph an elopement, and found this to be the perfect space for us to both work and relax. It was so cute and clean, with unmatched views of the mountains and hospitality from our hosts! We were worried about meals due to the snow and icy roads, but our host provided some snacks and supplies so that we were well taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit to Alaska!

We had an incredible stay in Palmer, AK. The view from our cozy cabin was stunning. The cabin was nice and warm. Julie and Brian are fantastic hosts. We had everything we could possibly need. The location requires you to have a car, but it's a short drive to Palmer which has a bunch of fantastic places to eat. And there are a bunch of fun and beautiful hikes nearby.

Our experience was amazing. The cottage was super nice, warm, and inviting. My wife and I both agreed that this was our best experience with a vacation rental we’ve ever had and we’ve stayed all over the country. The owners were extremely inviting and included lots of small details in the Cottage to make the space feel like home.

Hands down best place I have ever stayed! The views are jaw dropping. You would sit and have a cup of coffee and just take in the amazing AK views! The cottage was perfect!! It was very clean and modern. The amenities were perfect and more than we expected. The hosts were the sweetest couple and friendly as could be. We will be returning and renting this cottage again. The standards are set very high and fear that all other rents will not compare to our experience at this cottage!!

The cottage is perfect for a couple or small family. It is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed and decorated, and extremely comfortable. To top it all off, the view is phenomenal! This is a really great property, the space is compact but well laid out. The view is breathtaking and the host is incredible. We got in late, so the pastries, eggs, milk and coffee were a godsend the next morning. Two adults and two kids - the kids shared the sofa bed (15 and 9 year old). We were there for hockey and able to make it to the MTA rink within 15 minutes. The hosts were attentive but not intrusive- overall a great time!

This cottage is incredible and has everything you could need and more. Julie was a great host, the basic breakfast necessities was a huge plus especially since I got into town really late. The view is breathtaking, I highly recommend sitting out at the fire. Thank you for everything! Would love to come back!
