Roaches in the room i have pictures and postings them on google and yelp review. Staff didn't care and did not do anythings and just said sorry. The other room had roaches too. Old run down hotel with new looking stuff but you can tell its a very old hotel and they cant get rid of the roaches and people playing loud music and people just hanging out outside. Deug deals going down. People pulling up exchanging somehting and leaving and the person who is selling is staying at the motel. The whole area and room smelled like old cigarettes. A person was staying there in a 1 bed room with 5 kids and 3 adults and was loud running around all night and day and hotel never did anything. Manager never around and never there even when you call days later manager still not around and never calls you back.

I am so sorry to hear you had a bad experience, as general manager I make sure to be available every day during the check out. I assure you, we feel terrible you had a bad stay. This is not how i want my property to be known as. Wish you had taken the time to come and speak to me directly. I have professionals taking care of my property on a biweekly basis so we don't get infested. On the other hand, it is impossible to control what people do, but I assure you that Security would have taken care of any loud issues. We will open an investigation to check every point on your claim. We thank you very much for taking the time to write this review.l

Room was clean. I was extremely exhausted and wanted to extended my stay for a couple of hours. I was told i had to go up to the front desk to extend as opposed to them charging my card on file. After extending i received a phone call every hour asking if I was checking out. So, I had to keep explaining that I already went to office to extend. So, eventually I just left. But, very upset with that location. Also, was put in a room next to a dog barking all night.

Fortunately, for protection of your own wealth, we do not charge cards with out having the physical card with the credit card holder present. Motel 6 Palmdale focuses on your safety and the safety of everyone else.

Well first of all there is a registered sex offender at the location that was 50ft.,from our room. 2nd there is no refrigerator nor was there a microwave?,also the room was extremely warm with the heater on full blast,it wasn’t that cold for it to be on,& no air conditioner in the room it is controlled by the maintenance dept.,which never showed up to to fix the problem. And they say their rooms are clean well the have wood laminate flooring and I had dropped a piece of food on the floor wiped it up with a wet cloth & the floor was disgustingly filthy. I do have to say if your traveling with a 4legged family member they have a designated area and poop bags and disposal for your pets.

Unfortunately, we have no way to identified sex offenders as you had described on your concern. AND we do have plenty rooms with micro-ridge in plenty of our rooms. All these rooms are available at a small additional fee. I do have to apologize on your findings about the flooring, I will personally have a conversation with all staff to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Please do not let this negative experience to keep you away from us, come back and see us again, i promise it will be better.

The front desk clerk was friendly and quick to check me in however the heater on high blows no hot air or no air in the room at all! For 75 bucks come on fix your property!!!!! Also no microwave wow for 20 bucks u can buy one! Other then that hot shower, clean and comfy bed!

Thank you very much for your feed back. Motel 6 Palmdale we offer microwave and fridges in some of the room, next time all you have to do is to request that when making reservations. We are also in the process of fixing out ventilation system, it works but we will make it better. We are happy we can at least delivered the comfy bed. Come back see us again, property is under new management. Changes will happen soon.

When I was registering a lady was getting loud and talking about fighting the staff over 2 pairs of stolen socks. I told the guy you should make her leave, she seems like trouble and talking about harming your staff. He said we give everyone a chance. At 2am in the morning this same lady starts screaming for hours. Things got physical between the guy she was staying with. The screaming went on for hours. The lady was talking about having her friend come and shoot up the place. The staff called the cops on her but nothing was done until 5am. No sleep for us first night.
