Vivence Suites Hotel Palmas
I asked for clean towels and was told the hotel ran out. Some of the food at the breakfast table was off. Check-in took almost 45 minutes.

Lago da Palma
The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local ...

Céu Palmas Hotel
Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale. We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them.
