Enjoy complimentary use to the hot tub during your stay. Pool heating is available upon request for $85 per day, and we recommend adding it between October and April for the most comfortable experience. Please place your request at least 48 hours before check-in. Pool heating cannot be canceled once your stay has begun.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• This is a non-smoking home
• Palm Springs noise ordinances are strictly enforced. The city will issue citations if music or noise can be heard beyond the perimeter of the property during quiet hours
• Per City requirements, primary guest will need to provide d ID details for all adult guests and sign the City's "Statement of Rules and Regulations"
• Free street and not covered driveway parking on premises.
• Video Surveillance; the street-side entrance door of the house is on an outside outdoor camera you will see. There are no other cameras.
