Less than 1 block from the convention center and casino, this bright space features an updated kitchen and bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing week in PS. Two pools, jacuzzi (open late), tennis courts, nearby hiking, the tram, walk to Arenas Rd., and more. Luxurious king bed, queen pull out couch, balcony, mini bar and grill. Great location and very nice condo

The condo is near downtown Palm Springs - easy walking distance. Very clean and really well equipped throughout. Lots of towels, sheets, etc. the kitchen has high quality pots and pans for cooking which we prefer. There is also a decent grill on the lanai, which we used quite often.The property manager was excellent to work with and solved a couple of minor issues we had very quickly.We would definitely return and highly recommend.

Relaxing stay in a perfect location

Justin was a delight in helping us get situated and left us a lovely gift basket with lots of goodies. The condo was comfortable and the location to downtown Palm Springs was perfect. The pool and hot tub area was relaxing too.

Very nice second floor condo with a view of the mountains It was very well equipped, and the apartment manager was great The pool was a very nice place to enjoy the warmer weather which was around 50 to 60 in January I come from Minnesota where it was 20 below so I was very happy here

Excellent location and beautifully maintained and decorated property. Justin, the host, was extremely accommodating and answered questions promptly. He left a beautiful welcome basket and had thoughtful bathroom extras to use during our stay. We would definitely return!

A great choice!

This condo was clean, comfortable and well-furnished, and it is in a very good location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the heart of Palm Springs. If you are a gambler (I’m not), it is one block from the casino entry. We felt safe in the area. Justin—the owner—is amazing. He is the most responsive owner I’ve found on my VRBO rentals. I was there for two weeks in late February/early March 2024. My lady friend joined my for four days. I highly recommend staying here.

Downtown Gem

Justin's place is exactly as advertised. Lots of nice touches and attention to detail. The apartment is clean and chic. Location can't be beat. It is walkable too many attractions and restaurants. Justin is quick to respond to questions. The amenities on the property like the pools were excellent. We will be back.

Modern 1 bedroom condo within walking distance to downtown

This condo is exactly like depicted in pictures for the listing. Modern, nicely decorated, has a large hot tub and pool close to unit. Location is the best, we were able to walk to most restaurants, the art museum, shops and the Thursday street fair. There was construction across the street so a little noisy in the early mornings,. Owner has equipped it nicely with a grill, supply of paper products, oil, sugar, salt and pepper, etc. He was very responsive if we had any questions.

Perfect

Justin is the BEST host! This was our first time staying at a property that the host thought of everything. I mean everything, down to having baggies and containers to store leftover food we had cooked in the well equipped kitchen. Justin was also easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Justin, you helped make our 10yr Wedding Anniversary perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful spot!

We had such a wonderful first-time Palm Springs experience here from start to finish. Justin was responsive from our first contact, and the place was absolutely charming. It is super cute and comfortable and ideally located. It was very quiet, but walking distance to restaurants, shops, the art museum etc. We had some lovely sunny times at the two clean, uncrowded, beautifully landscaped pools and had nice long walks in the mornings, with hikes on some days at Joshua Tee and Indian Canyon. Idyllic place to enjoy Palm Springs!!
