From the moment you step into the Deborah house you'll feel relaxed. The kitchen is open and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.
Unwind on the sofa with a glass of vino, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy the indoor fire place while snuggling up with your favorite novel.
The main bedroom with king bed and ensuite is west facing, with smart tv.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.
There is a washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay and three car garage.
The outdoor area is by far my favorite part of the home! You'll find a large pool (apprx.14 x 26’) and hot tub for when you want to take a dip, lounge chairs and umbrellas, the covered patio for when you want to take a break from the sun and large outdoor fire pit.

The house is just a short Uber, Lyft or taxi ride to nightlife, restaurants, & shopping. Services like grocery stores and gyms are quite close as well.
Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed.
Check in time is 4pm, check out is 10am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Pool and Spa heat is available for an extra fee per day based on season. Please ask us if interested.
The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance. On rentals of 28 nights or longer there is no city bed tax, but the renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bills from check in to check out, based on meter reads. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges.
