Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay at this one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Palm Springs! The private pool with spa was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. It faces west, so you can see the beautiful sunset over the mountain The condo itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill by the pool. The location was fantastic—just a quick four-minute drive to downtown, which made it super easy to enjoy all the great restaurants, shops, and galleries Palm Springs has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet, peaceful space at the end of the day.We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Palm Springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Relaxing vacation

The home is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything. The amenities are as described and better. It's in a very quiet location and the property is gated. Looking forward to staying at this home in the future. Bob is a great host and very accommodating.

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. Perfect Rental for a Getaway

We loved our stay in Bob's spacious and spotlessly clean townhome! The unit was comfortable, private, well equipped, and included a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. Speaking of the kitchen, it had everything we needed, including a full set of knives, pots & pans, even plenty of tea and coffee. It is located in a fantastic location within easy walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we enjoyed meeting and chatting with the very friendly neighbors on our daily dog walks around the block and at Ruth Hardy Park, which is only about 2 blocks away. It was very hot in Palm Springs the week we were there, so the private pool was a lifesaver! We never tired of the incredible view of the mountains from the patio/pool area, where we spent a lot of our time. Bob and his property manager Jeremy were both friendly and easy to contact when we needed to. Check in/out was super easy too. All in all, it was a perfect retreat for the two of us and our dog. We're looking forward to booking this rental again when we return to Palm Springs!
