With St. Augustine 30 minutes away, Orlando 1.5 hours away, and the beach about 10 minutes away, you will never run out of fun and exciting things to do!

The last room in our home is a game room which includes a pool table and a 50-inch TV. This room leads out to the screen enclosed pool area. The pool area has an eight-person sectional where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the pool and backyard or watch TV. Outside in the screen enclosure there is an outdoor patio table and a grill perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The outdoor space also features a putting green for all ages to enjoy!
