The property has a great location just a short walk from the pool and onsite restaurant, and a short drive to the beach, Publix (grocery), and other restaurants. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped, as are the bedrooms. The host is responsive and has included several small but nice details (like cotton swabs in the bathrooms).
We had several plumbing issues, but those should be resolved for the next guests - we were just the unfortunates who had to deal with the repair interruptions or reporting them at the end of our stay for the non-critical ones.
The awful construction noises (and resulting dust) will also hopefully be over for future guests, but as the host has no control over this, you may want to enquire if there are any planned construction projects on the Villa's other units before you book.
The only two things that may impact future guests are:
(1) The lack of soundproofing from the directly overhead unit. You will hear occupants talking, walking, and going to the bathroom - especially in the guest bedroom. So, hope either there aren't any occupants or they keep the same hours you do.
(2) The lack of cleanliness, especially the floors and outdoor spaces. Hopefully the cleaning staff will pay better attention after our bad experience and/or you'll be coming in right after another guest (since some of ours was "blamed" on it being 10 days since the previous guest).
