Perfect Getaway!

Location is 10/10 - walkable to the beach, cafes, The Breakers, etc. Loved the balcony. Overall, perfect space for a girls weekend!

What a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Lovely decoration and clean as can be. Beautiful balcony. Great location, walking distance to many fun things in Palm Beach. I know we are going to stay there again!

An inviting, cozy retreat

We loved our stay. The location was great, in a safe neighborhood and everything at the condo met our expectations. Loved the fun decor, beds were comfy and we would definitely return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. The convenient location put us in the heart of Palm Beach close to beach, sights, and restaurants. The apartment is charmingly casual with all the necessary amenities. Staff and owner both available, responsive, and helpful.

Long Weekend Away

The unit is just as pictured! Be prepared for window unit ACs, they work but just aren’t quite as strong as central AC. The on site pool wasn’t too packed and had lots of seating. A few restaurants are right near by and it was easy to Uber everywhere.

Palm Beach Dream

Alan’s place is exactly as described. You cannot beat this location for the price! Check in was easy and everyone is very nice. The building was built in 1925 so yes there are some common areas that could use updates. It’s called character :-) Alan’s space is perfect for 2-4 people. Terrace is huge! The only minor critique I have is the dried bird poop on the terrace. It needs a good power washing. Can’t wait to come back again!

All that and a bag of chips

This is truly a beautiful space. Incredibly comfortable, stylish and elegant. And it feels like home. This gorgeous apartment is an oasis situated in a wonderful part of the Island. Tucked away in a building filled with nostalgia and history, this retreat made it hard to leave. Plenty to experience within a mere five minute walk. The pool setting is magnificent and all your worries will melt away. The host has appointed this getaway with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. In short, don’t miss out on this great spot. We will certainly be back.

Unique property and a great neighborhood

We took a long weekend for a first time trip to Palm Beach. This is a very unique condo in a historical registry building. Beautiful heated pool and a great patio area to enjoy a sunny morning coffee or evening cocktail. Beach access was a few blocks away. The owner had lots of beach items available to bring down to the beach. We loved that we didn’t need to rent a car as everything we did was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Amazing restaurant literally across the street (Echo) and a beautiful church with an amazing choir next door. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or the area. Palm beach was nice and quiet but close enough to walk or Uber to West Palm beach for a more lively evening vibe. I highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to be back again soon.

Outstanding Property and Host

Spotless property with no details overlooked in the perfect location. Had a very European feel and loved the decor and the private outdoor balcony. Super comfortable beds, great linens, good wifi and most of all the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Lovely 24-hour building staff, quiet workspace/library and pool. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? Can't wait to return and rent the same unit.

Perfect location

Amazing location, so convenient and perfect for our needs. Only comment would be more information on the property and its amenities pre/at check-in would be useful, however the property owner was quite responsive when any questions were asked. Cleanliness rating only 4 out of 5 due to one wine glass still having residual lipstick marks and sone of the cutlery having a lot of water marks on. The rest of the property was spotless.

Great Location

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Palm Beach for a wedding. The unit was comfortable and nicely furnished. The king bed was very comfortable. There were a few items that could use attention...out of 8 lights in the small bathroom, 4 were out; there was a ceiling section in the bedroom that may have been removed for maintenance and not returned. The wifi was fine in the main room, but not in the bedroom...this may just be because it's an old building with thick walls. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Girls Birthday Getaway

All expectations were met or exceeded! This was a great location and fit for what we were wanting. It was my mother’s 81st Birthday and we were close to good restaurants and the Flagler Museum. The people around were so friendly and the pool was great. Plus, the most beautiful grocery store is across the street to grab other meals. So relaxing on the private patio which was shaded early morning. So lovely and such a fun environment. Attentive host when I had a question during our stay. I have already recommended!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect and we really appreciated the things that were provided for the beach. We liked going using the Sunrise Ave. beach access gate. It is just a quick 5 minute walk from the apartment and it takes you to a nice quiet part of the beach. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful.

Wonderful stay!

Our host made us feel very welcome. There were cookies, coffees & biscotti waiting in the kitchen. All kinds of beach things in the closet. Loved the patio furniture! So comfortable for people watching at Echo across the street. Location, location, location! Close to beach, boutique shopping, and many great restaurants. Can see why it was featured in Palm Beach Living magazine! We enjoyed our stay so much!
