Needs a bit more cleaning

There was garbage (empty beer cans and paper) right by the front door. Can definitely use some attention to cleaning before the next house guests arrive. Location was great for golf.

Not what I expected

The property was at best decent but the property is in need of some serious TLC. The TV was intermittent and no guide on how to use the system. There was no amenities except for shampoo and hand soap. The courtyard is in need of some serious attention with weeds growing everywhere. There were no instructions on where or how to access the pool. When I arrived the temperature inside was 83 degrees. I also was stopped every night because the owner would not add me to the access list at the gate even though he said he did. Not a good impression. Wont let me add photos...sorry.

Great place to stay

While the photos in this listing are of a completely different property (same design; reverse floor plan and different color-scheme and decor), my stay at this property was excellent. Communication with the property manager was very good and extremely prompt. The home was clean, well organized and stocked with certain essentials. There is a Publix within a 5 minute drive for anything you might need.I would definitely stay again.

February 2024 Review

This property was so clean when we arrived, and the updates the owners did look absolutely amazing. The sliding glass doors open all the way up to the patio and yard, which was my favorite part about the house. The loft style is cool too! Gus (property manager) was always quick to reply and resolve any minor issue we ran into. The neighborhood entrance was beautifully landscaped and we got a glimpse of the golf course! Would recommend this property to anyone (with or without kids)! Such a lovely space close to shops and beach.

Exceptional location.

The place is really perfect for a family. The place is really lovely but could do with a bit of modernization in parts. Everything was pretty perfect for us (couple in 69’s) mother 86. The downstairs living space is really spacious and comfortable. One queen bedroom downstairs was good for our mother. Kitchen utensils etc were a little adhoc The bathrooms were both modern. Upstairs bedroom is huge but it’s a loft and open to the downstairs. You can’t see up but you can look over the wall to the downstairs living space so it’s not really private. Linens and pillows could be upgrades and the upstairs bed was a bit soft for us. They were working on the outside of the property and I think we were one of the first tenants so I’m sure many of the little things will be fixed and perhaps modernized a little. I
