「We loved our time at the Palisade River Ranch. The location felt quiet and secluded but was close to the fruit stands, wineries and restaurants in Palisade. The property was lovely with its ponds, short walk to the Colorado River and views of the book cliffs. Farm fresh eggs were such a treat. Highly recommend and and plan to come back some day.」

「The property was very well laid out and very spacious. It was very well decorated. The property was very clean. Tom thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed, there was a setup for drinks, coffees and a variety of teas and hot chocolate. There was also a snack supply. Tom was wonderful to deal with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here next year when we are in Grand Junction.」

「Great place to stay! Quick walk into town, easy parking right be the door for all the stuff you need to bring in. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. 「We stayed at this same property last summer when our son got married in Grand Junction. It is a very cute place. Nice updated kitchen/living room area. It might be time to update the bed, its getting a little "taco shellish". If you do, I would say put a bed frame that sits up a little higher. Easier to get in and out of bed and would give the room a classier look. 「Everything was as advertised, lovely cool retreat from the GJ heat. Keyless entry was great, and when we couldn’t find the condo initially, Lynn was right there to help us. The pool is nice, but stripped down to nothing….no loungers, chairs or tables, and the hot tub looked a little brown, so we didn’t use it again. Very convenient location.」

「Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text.
