「きれいなパレスチナのホテル、応援したいだけに残念なところが…。夜中に帰ってくると正面のドアが閉まっており、そこに書いてあった電話番号にかけても誰も出ず。同じ建物の別のホテルの人に開けてもらいました。レセプションの方の感じはよかったのですが、玄関をしめるならしめるで事前の説明が欲しかったです。あと、シャワーのお湯も出ませんでした…最初、テレビもつかなかず、ホテルの方に伺うととついたので、シャワーも同じかも。説明が足りないだけならば、これらのことはすぐ改善されるかもしれませんね。」

「Wir haben das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und toll beraten. Super service und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis Leistungsverhältnis undschlagbar. Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter tun alles, damit man sich als Gast sehr wohl und wie zuhause fühlt.」
