Just arrive by car to the property and the helper will receive you and let you in the house.

If you do not have transport to arrive to the house, we work with a reputable company that offer transport to the house.

I won't be at near proximity during your stay, but Francisco the helper will be around for whatever you need and I am just a whasapp away!

If you prefer to not interact with him at all during your stay, he will leave you alone in the property.

The house is separated from the town, which is approximately 1km away. It is directly in front of the sea (50 meters to the water). Remote location separate from civilization.

Palenque is a small town in Colon, Panama. There are a few mini markets in Palenque where you can buy basic amenities and food. The area surrounding the town is full of beautiful virgin beaches such as Playa Chiquita, which has an amazing festival called Tribal Gathering. You have restaurants that deliver food to the house and we can look for a cook during your stay if you don't feel like cooking!

SECURITY: Always lock the doors and windows when the sun sets. It is not a dangerous area but the most important thing in Panama is to be cautious to avoid "opportunity thefts". Always lock all the doors and windows when going to bed and don't leave any valuables outside as people transit the beach during the day and can see them.

RULES: Do not smoke inside the House.
- The Water Filter (Nikken) will filter tap water. Please just pour COLD tap water directly in the filter and then you can drink the one that comes out of the filter. Please do not drink tap water directly!
- The property is pet friendly, but please have your dogs be loving with the other pets living in the property and not jumping on beds, sleeping on the couches or damaging property. Please note that if your dogs sleep on couches we might charge an extra cleaning fee.
- Please note that we expect you to leave the place clean enough. Do the dishes before leaving and the kitchen in a condition that you would leave your own place.
- Please leave kitchen utensils where you find them, special care with bamboo straws!!
- Please take off the sand from the beach in the shower outside of the house and dont bring sand where possible. This is important as the pipes might get clogged if you bring the beach inside :(
- We love nature, so we appreciate if you could separate glass, metal, plastics and recyclable materials. These can be given separately from the garbage to Francisco and alternatively would be great if you can take them back to recycle them, if not leave them organised and we will take them back. Mother earth first!
- Appreciate leaving the house as tidy as possible and kitchen utensils clean when leaving the house for not giving extra work to Francisco :)
-Kindly be considerate with electrity, only use lights when needed and A/C at night if you need it. Fans are available for use too.

Children and kids can be in the property at any age, but please be careful and move anything that might be at their reach such as glasses if you have kids that could endanger themselves.

SEGURIDAD: Siempre cierre las puertas y ventanas cuando se ponga el sol. No es una zona peligrosa pero lo más importante en Panamá es tener cuidado para evitar "robos de oportunidad". Siempre cierre todas las puertas y ventanas al acostarse y no deje ningún objeto de valor fuera de la casa ya que gente transita por la playa durante el día y noche y puede verlos.

REGLAS:
- No fumar dentro de la casa.
- Fiestas y ruido fuera de horario con bocinas que puedan molestar a los vecinos no esta permitido.
- El filtro de agua (Nikken) filtrará el agua del grifo. Simplemente vierta agua del grifo limpia y FRÍA directamente en el filtro y luego podrá beber la que sale del filtro. ¡No beba agua del grifo directamente! Si tiene dudas por favor consultarme.
- La propiedad admite mascotas, pero haga que sus perros sean cariñosos con las otras mascotas que viven en la propiedad y no salten sobre las camas, duerman en los sofás o dañen la propiedad. Tenga en cuenta que si sus perros duermen en sofás, es posible que le cobremos una tarifa de limpieza adicional.
- Tenga en cuenta que esperamos que deje el lugar lo suficientemente limpio. Lavar los platos antes de salir y la cocina en condiciones que dejaría su propio hogar.
- Por favor deje los utensilios de cocina donde los encuentre, ¡especial cuidado con las pajitas/cañitas de bambú!
- Quite la arena de la playa en la ducha fuera de la casa y no traiga arena cuando sea posible. Esto es importante ya que las tuberías pueden obstruirse si trae la arena de playa adentro :(
- Amamos la naturaleza, por lo que apreciamos si pudiera separar el vidrio, el metal, los plásticos y los materiales reciclables. Estos se pueden entregar por separado de la basura a Francisco y alternativamente sería genial si los pudieran llevar de vuelta para reciclarlos, si no los dejas organizados y nosotros los devolvemos. ¡Por la Madre tierra!
- Agradece dejar la casa lo más ordenada posible y los utensilios de cocina limpios al salir de casa por no darle trabajo extra a Francisco :)
-Sea considerado con la electricidad, solo use luces cuando sea necesario y aire acondicionado por la noche si lo necesita. Los ventiladores también están disponibles para su uso.

Los niños y los niños pueden estar en la propiedad a cualquier edad, pero tenga cuidado y mueva todo lo que pueda estar a su alcance, si tiene niños que puedan ponerse en peligro.
