"Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property."

"Everything was great especially great service from Kiki and Ridho EXCEPT they were doing heavy maintenance in wee hours ... they should be more sensible and logical given the fact most guests are probably asleep at 1am!!! I was awaken from my sleep and those hammering was insane! The manager should exercise better sense and logic and prevent such “torture” from happening again ! "

"About 25 minute walk to Demang LRT station. Nothing to see or do nearby. A little bit loud with the street noise and music playing in the hallways night and day. Decent swimming pool. Great choices at big breakfast buffet."
