Located in the suggestive residential complex Porto Faro, this four rooms apartment overlooks the sea. The apartment consists of a living room and a separate fully equipped kitchenette (gas stove, fridge/freezer combo, oven and dishwasher), two double bedrooms and one more bedroom with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, one private with shower and bath and one next to the kitchen. The main bedroom has seaside view, the others face the back court. On the outside, a very large patio fully equipped perfect to enjoy a meal in tranquility while earing the sound of the waves, inebriated by the perfume of Mediterranean scrub, and benefit of the gorgeous view on Porto Faro lighthouse and the island of La Maddalena. The apartment is suitable for families because of the direct access to the seaside. Parking space in private area with remote control gate.

To know:
- €500,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
