The main feature of the apartment is its proximity to the sea, it is located only about 150 meters from the beach of Venalonga, therefore easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €5,00 extra per day for use of air conditioning;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
