Property is a 3 minute walk away from beautiful Saint John's river, and only a few blocks away from the Marina and Riverfront Park and the Ravine Garden's State Park! Only 30 minutes away from the Historic city of Saint Augustine. Discounts are made for 7+ nights or more! Although a full service BNB with individual rooms for rent nightly, the entire home can be rented on nights when no other guests are booked. Only book entire home when 100% vacant. Must confirm with host before booking. NOTE: The house has 8 bedrooms but one of those rooms is an office and not available during your stay. However, with the 7 bedrooms, 3 roll-away beds and 3 more 'cubby hole' sleeping areas, you can 'sleep' up to 20 people.
