Overall great experience, the only reason why I didn’t do 5 stars is because on Expedia the amenities say there is a spa at this hotel but when we got there they said there was not which was disappointing. Other than that the hotel was great. Food was amazing and view was beautiful.

The rooms have sisal carpet and because it sits on the beach they smell musty. Hotel seems dated. We had to go to a shop and buy a special air freshener to sleep. Sadly the power went out one night and they room was hot and there was no explanation or resolve until later the next morning. The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff were friendly.

As a female solo traveler, this place was wonderful - right on the beach, staff were exceptional and the room had everything you need. The breakfast had good options too!

I have very mixed feelings about Isabella’s. Some love but left disappointed. we were in a third floor room facing the ocean with a balcony with plunge pool at the end of october pros: location amazing design very cool, love the vibe staff friendly plant milks available breakfast included was pretty good, (we did not eat lunch or dinner here) 24 hour snack bar was nice cons: The shower gets warm but not hot. After all day hiking the camí de ronda an actual shower would have been awesome. instead we used the hose attachment in sort of a very quick sponge bath. Disappointing the plunge pool was not useable. all the paint inside was chipping, it is not heated and too cold this time of year and by the third day half the water was gone even though it wasn’t hot out. FYI on online searches it comes up as a heated jacuzzi, Isabella’s website makes no claims that the plunge pool is heated or has bubbles so don’t believe what you read elsewhere online. Regardless of this, all the paint chips and disappearing water would have made it not usable anyway. Very disappointing. The room is all white and It was clean, but looked less so because it simply needs new paint. The balcony cushion had a huge stain and should have been replaced. TLC needed. Elderly should be advised there is a curved step up to the bed. Caution. The stairwell was a little dark. they have adorable hanging fish baskets - they should put lights inside them! This could be 5 star with paint and hot water

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. A beautiful property right on the beach with a friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast in the morning was a massive and delicious spread. You will not regret staying here!
