"This hotel was so cute! The location was perfect. The hotel is walking is walking distance from the central station and many restaurants and cafes. The place was so chill and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. "

"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"A Unique Stay with a Cinematic Vibe If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter hotel, this isn't it! The aesthetic is fascinating—a striking Gothic style with corridors that feel like a high-end hospital ward straight off a movie set. While the atmosphere is a bit moody, the rooms themselves are impressively quiet and very spacious, providing a great sense of comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread and generally good onsite facilities. There were a few technical hiccups during our stay, however. The steam room was a bit of a letdown as it produced very little steam, and our room seemed to have a "ghost in the machine"—the electric curtains had a habit of opening randomly in the middle of the night. We also found the TV unplugged upon arrival, likely because it shares the same quirk of turning itself on and off. If you don't mind a few eccentricities in exchange for character and space, it's a memorable place to stay! Would you like m"

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough. "
