It is only a 3-minute walk to the white sandy beach. From the 20m² terrace you can enjoy the total view of the sea (180°) and the Costa Calma. Living room with satellite TV, stereo system, open to the kitchen area with fitted kitchen. 1 bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and two bedside tables. From the living room you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The daylight bathroom has a shower, toilet and a sink. The price includes: water, electricity and garbage costs.
