Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: kitchen area, living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140X190) with bathroom with adjoining walk-in shower, separate toilet, veranda. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200), (2 single beds), (2 single beds), bathroom with bath and toilet. Private enclosed garden of 850 m². View of the bay of Paimpol from the bedrooms upstairs in Autumn and Winter. Garage for motorcycle and trailer. Outdoor barbecue. Pleasant independent gite for 8 people. Spend a pleasant holiday in this cottage located just 100 meters from the Tossen beach and where you will appreciate the proximity of the Port and the town of Paimpol which will be 500 meters away. Multiple hiking trails near the cottage, pier for the Ile de Bréhat at 7 km, Tréguier (City of Character) at 15 km. The rental price includes: water, an electricity package of 8 kw/h per day. In the event of overrun, a supplement will be invoiced on meter reading, on the basis of the price of the kw/h in force.
