Summary:
One hour from Las Vegas: Cozy Adobe home two bedroom two bath home is the perfect space for business professional and families (No parties). We keep it VERY clean to ensure you have the best stay. Parking onsite and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals. If you are interested in our space and have additional questions please private message me.

The Space:
Perfect space for business professional and families (No Parties). We keep it VERY clean to ensure you have the best stay. There is on site parking available and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals. Although we do have the unit treated by Terminex- Please note that this property is in a rural desert, there are insects that live there.

The Neighborhood:
Semi rural on a flat gravel road

Getting Around:
No Public transportation or Uber 35 minute drive to Front Site and a forty minute drive to the gateway to Death Valley. 10 minute drive to the towns center and shopping.

Interaction with Guests:
All areas of the property are accessible by guests.

Beautiful home and location

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable and welcoming with Native American artwork that looks great. The bed was comfortable and nice walk in shower. The AC works great too. We loved the backyard sunset over the California mountains. Very quiet and peaceful and a scenic drive from Vegas through the mountains! We'd love to come back during our Mn winter.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our trip to Pahrump and the home made the stay that much better. Prompt communication from the owner and it was very clean. It's nicely decorated and relaxing. Great location and is affordable. We would gladly stay there again.

Great location for Death Valley and wonderful space

We stayed with our family of 6 and the space was perfect for us. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were a TON of towels and beddings for us and the showers lasted with very hot water for all 6 of us to shower (which we were very impressed with). We drove to Death Valley each day and it was an easy drive (about an hour) but with nothing between the town and Death Valley it made you realize it is the closest accommodations, and it was nice to only be an hour from the Vegas airport on our last day. Would highly recommend staying here. We received a couple of messages during our stay to make sure things were going well, which was greatly appreciated.

Lovely place close to the park

We booked this for a small getaway in late December. The place was clean, warm, and had everything we needed. The view from the front porch in the morning was INCREDIBLE. And it was just 40-50 mins to Death Valley. Definitely would stay again.

A tad dissapointed in Pahrump.

Did not get off to a great start. Two over-flowing garbage cans w/garbage strewn all over the front of the property when we arrived. Was never sent any info on how to get into the house nor any additional helpful info, nor even the Wifi password.There WAS a fire 'built' in the fireplace when we arrived but there was probably a year of ash mucking things up and no flue/damper for the fireplace. I removed 4 bags of ash and only got it maybe 2/3 cleaned out. The house as a whole was not clean and there was no information on the area anywhere to be found. I would guess this is 2 young people trying to make a quick buck & it appears they are expecting the online (VRBO in this case) to do all the work for them.

Perfect stay in Pahrump

The check-in/check-out process was super simple. The property manager was helpful and very responsive. Quite comfortable bed. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great stay!

Spacious, clean and great sunset views!

We enjoyed the unique ambiance of the house which included excellent amenities, a true "getaway" feel, well stocked linen closet, and beautiful stunning views of the surrounding mountains including sunsets in the back of the home and sunrises in the front. We will book again!

Solid and cozy home

I have stayed in many vacation rentals in Pahrump. This one was very solidly built and felt warm and cozy at night. We had some issues with the cleaning company after the previous stay, but the owner was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Good location if you are going to Front Sight, but relatively far from town compared to other places. Stock up and enjoy your stay.

Great Stay

We found the house comfortable and Cozy as it was advertised, There were a few things maintenance wise that could and should be addressed but overall we were happy with a house and our stay. We've stayed in Pahrump, NV many times attending Front Sight Training Institute. Other places we've stayed at were a ;little better stocked. To be fair there was no promise of anything in the house other then the basic dishes, pots, pans coffee maker etc. It could be Covid precautions but other places we've stayed at had things left over from previous occupants that made it cost effective for things like condiments paper goods etc. We also leave everything we don't use for future Front Sighters. Again based on the original listing we got everything we were promised, I personally was very satisfied and would stay here in the future and I would recommend the Cozy Adobe.

111 degrees

The property is and old modular home that is not very well kept up. We were not told it's cooling was a swamp cooler or we would not have stayed there. On the second day it was between 111 and 113 degrees and the swamp cooler quite working, to make it worse we couldn't get ahold of anyone and didn't get any response until late the next day. To there credit they did put us up in a hotel the last night.
