First-timers
This was the first time staying somewhere outside of a hotel for my husband and I. We were pleasantly surprised by the easy check-in and responsive host. The cozy room had everything we needed and it was perfectly situated within town. Great views of the mountains and city and exceptional privacy!

A small, but perfectly efficient space. Located close to downtown Pagosa Springs. Best part - the private outside space on a hillside. That and the nightly visits from the deer.

House hunting on a budget
Beautiful view from our little Alberta unit, and very centrally located for walking to town. The AC was necessary and worked great! We enjoyed the local doe and her fawns. Doing dishes in the bathroom sink was a little awkward, but it was nice to have some cups and coffee mugs to use. More than anything, we appreciated the affordability in a pretty expensive, gorgeous town!

Perfect spot with a great view!
We loved our stay. It was just perfect for 2 people. The outside area was so nice to just sit and relax. It also had a perfect view of the mountains, downtown and the 4th of July fireworks display. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to and from town and get a bit of exercise in too! We would stay again!!

Perfect spot!
This cute little gem is in the perfect location within walking distance to the hot springs, shops, bars and restaurants. The outdoor sitting area has views for days and we even had deer visiting the property. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for solo travel!
I loved this property! It was easily accessible to town and even walkable (if you don't mind walking uphill on the way back). This unit consisted of a bed, tv, mini fridge, microwave, mini hallway, and full bathroom. It was perfect for just me.

Perfect for our spring break ski vacation
We enjoyed our stay so much! We travel to Pagosa frequently. Our usual place was not available and I am so glad I found this cozy room. The listing is very accurate. It is a bedroom with a nice bathroom and limited kitchen/cooking options. It was perfect for us because we ski all day, then stop in town for a bite and go to bed as soon as we get to our rental. Read the listing carefully and you won’t be disappointed. The place was clean, stocked with essentials. The location can’t be beat! I appreciated very much the quick response from Linda every time I asked a question. Would gladly stay there again!

Yes, Very Cozy & Clean! But fan was a bit loud & it's up a hill.
This is a tiny place, like a very small apartment, with a convenient location in about the middle of town. Yes, you can walk easily to the Hippy Hot Springs & others (great!) Note that the location is up a hill, so if you are not able to walk up hills at high altitude, or if its winter, you may need a car/ride to get back to the house. The sunrise view was nice outside, looking down onto the main road into town in the distance, but we could still hear all the big trucks using their jake-brakes. There's a microwave, coffeemaker & minifridge (w/small freezer). The rack in the door to hold cans was a finger-smashing conundrum & we found it easier to put them on the shelves. There were 2 full rolls of paper towels, coffee items, & utensils. The bathroom is about 1/3 of the space, with a nice heater, but not a lot of counter space. If you are the type to fill the counter, your items may slide into the sink. Also, we were staying 3 nights & found only one roll of toilet paper + ~30 sheets on the roll on the holder, which was just enough for us. I'm sure the host would have provided another roll if we asked. The main problem was the noise from the split fan's compressor - it was *ridiculously* loud when it was on (imagine a washing machine with an unbalanced spin cycle!!) & then a huge BANG on the wall when it turned off. Kept us up all first night until I just turned it off. The waterproof cover on the mattress = sweaty, poor sleep. Feather-filled bedding. But, it was *very clean!

Perfect Stay for the Weekend
Conveniently located stay. Visited Coloroda to go snowboarding in Wolf creek ski area. Everything was great! Walked to get breakfast in the mornings and is in walking distance to a lot of springs. So much to do!
