My kids loved staying here, in a tiny house. The internet was spotty and the tv did not connect but the point of the trip was to disconnect so this was actually a positive! Very clean…loved the auto lock feature on the door.

The Tiny House was a great place to rest after a few long days of hiking. Great location in Page, quiet area next to the rim trail. Staff was helpful & friendly, we would absolutely return.

"Luxury" is an exaggeration, though the building is brand new and has a lovely smell of knotty pine paneling. The bathroom is upscale with a big waterfall shower that fits two pudgy adults. Old folks can't see the labels on the provided shower and shampoo dispensers in most hotel showers, but this one was clearly and boldly labeled, which was great! There's a rod to hang clothes but no hangers. There's a cute front porch but no chairs. In fact, there are no chairs or workspace in the room. Huge TV and fridge, ample coffee supplies (though no decaf). Basically, the "tiny home" is just a hotel room placed in an old KOA campground, so the atmosphere is lacking and the office staff gruff.

It should be called a miniature home, smaller than tiny. No internet, couldn’t get anything on the TV. Closet, but no clothes rod to hang clothes on. Refrigerator door couldn’t open all the way cause it hits the bed. No chair to sit on cause it’s a miniature home, no room.

The room code would not work, once we got in found trash in to room, went back to complain and we were told they had no one to clean the room and no other room was available. They told us they would refund the money, but then refused to.

The management could not have been more accommodating. We stayed in the Tiny Home, very new and very clean. I had issues with my reservation, as I booked the incorrect date, they worked it out for me. They stayed in touch with me until it was corrected. Loved the place, excellent location.

I checked in 8:30pm and was looking forward to a nice shower before turning after a long drive from hiking at Bryce. Needless to say, I had no hot water none zilch even standing there what felt like 1hr for my shower. 😩😬😭 What also a little disappointment is no desk not even a small one to do some work and wifi signal was super weak. It dropped in and out. 3.5 stars is a little generous I think.
