Wonderful!
This was a great property to stay at. The house felt open and welcoming. It was clean and spacious. Cody was quick to answer any questions we had about the area. It was close to all the things we wanted to do and it was great to feel like we were coming home each night.

Page Perfection
The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The kitchen had what we needed to make our turkey dinner and the living room was comfortable for watching football. We were close to Antelope Canyon, Glenn Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell. Cody checked in with us to make sure everything was good and answered questions promptly. We definitely recommend staying here!

Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend
My family and I rented this property for 2 nights to experience Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Lake Powell. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There were even samples in the rooms which was a nice gesture! The location was 10 minutes from Antelope and 8 minutes to Horseshoe Bend. Communication was excellent and we were very pleased overall! Lake powell get away. This property is extremely convenient. Perfect for a small group. Its appearance is consistent with age and quality cleaning and updating. Very comfortable beds, etc.

We had a fantastic time in Cody's house. It was just as described and perfect for what we needed. I wish we had more time in the area! There is so much to see and explore. The house was extremely clean and Cody was very accessible if we needed anything. Would stay again!!

Clean, quiet, home away from home
This property was clean and quiet. It made a comfortable and easy base for our explorations of Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon. The owner was thoughtful and provided insight into area activities. He was rapidly responsive to all questions directed his way. I would definitely stay there again!

The property is very well maintained with all nice furniture, bedding, bath essentials. The host was very good in communication and made it easy for the check-in and out and even provided space inside the garage. House was clean with nice decoration and no clutter. This is a great value for money.

Perfect spot in Page. Short drive to everything. More than enough room. Keyless entry & garage entry were very convenient. Full sized, good quality washer & dryer were very helpful. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice hot showers. Very responsive owner with helpful info. Overall very comfortable spot that feels more like a home than a rental. Five stars all the way.

Nice house in a convenient location
Cody was a great host and suggested several places to visit and restaurants. His house was in a great location and very convenient to Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, and several restaurants. We especially enjoyed El Lapatio and the Hot n Sweet Coffee and Donut Shop. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and having a washer and dryer was very useful.

We loved this property! It was the perfect hub for all of the northern Arizona and southern Utah places and activities that we had planned to see/do. The home was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Being able to park in the garage was a definite plus! Our host, Cody, was very responsive and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants in the area.

We loved the stay here. The home was very clean and a great place to to take pictures of our teens going off to boot camp and only feet away to take awesome morning pictures of out west. We loved that we had notes from the owner on things open/closed since Covid. Only downside is Covid has hit many out west things like alot of areas which required a lot more driving to get to Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon was closed, as was the dam but Horsehoe is beautiful and cant miss it. There is close grocery, gas and a great barbeque around the corner! Thank you Cody for the great hospitality and use of your home!!!!!!

Just what we needed
After staying in hotel rooms as a family the previous for nights, we were grateful to finish our vacation in this very nice home. Plenty of room to spread out and everything we needed to feel comfortable. We loved being able to park in the garage also. Great communication with the hosts who made us feel welcome and shared some ideas to do and see in the area.

Family Vacation
We lost our mother 6 months ago and brought our Dad out for our 2nd trip west. With CoVid rampant, we weren’t sure if we’d be able to come. Cody was so responsive to all our questions and concerns! Excellent road trip break from hotels
The entire experience was excellent. I was looking for a mid-week break from hotels on our Utah-Arizona road trip, and it worked out perfectly. Cody really made it easy, being incredibly responsive from the initial reservation to checkout. All of us enjoyed the comfort of the home!
