It is ideal for sunbathing and observing the nearby islands like Vir, Molat, Ist, Maun, Planik, Olib and Brusnjak islands.The house is reached by a gravel road 2.78 km long through private plots where there are 3 gates that need to be opened and closed and which prevent the passage of sheep. Passenger cars pass the road without any problems.
