With 4 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed with trundle, there's plenty of space for families or girls’ trip weekends. The house features 3.5 bathrooms (En-suite bath features soaking tub and walk in shower)

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new kitchenaid mixer, Nespresso machine, bullet blender, pots, pans, baking sheets, dinnerware, utensils, glasses, champagne and wine glasses for 12.

The house sits on three city lots so there is ample room for outdoor games.

Everything about this house was perfect for our stay. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. Stores and restaurants were only a few minutes away.

Great house

We had a fantastic stay at this house for our quilting vacation! With 9 adults, we needed plenty of space, and this home delivered. We were able to set up our sewing areas comfortably and still had room to spare for relaxing and enjoying our time together. The host was incredibly generous and communicated wonderfully, making the entire experience seamless. The neighborhood was also great—quiet, welcoming, and a perfect setting for our retreat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect house for family gathering

We rented this house for family members coming into town for a funeral. Mae was wonderful to work with! She responded quickly and met us at the house upon check-in to answer any questions we had. The house was very clean and absolutely adorable inside. It provided the perfect space for our family to gather together. It came equipped with everything we could possibly need. We will definitely look to stay here again if and when we need to in the future.

Best Host Ever!

I have never left a review before. But this host 100% deserves one. The house was just as promised. Beds, layout, etc were all good. What stands out at this property above others I have stayed in the past was the host understood hospitality. All the little details were considered, and communication was great from start to finish. My group ran into a little issue or two, and the host made sure everything was taken care of but then went above and beyond. The house was good, but the experience was great in large part to the host caring for and serving people!

We absolutely loved this home! It was decorated beautifully and was immaculate. Nice quiet neighborhood! Wonderful place for a girls trip. Downtown Paducah has some amazing restaurants and shops.

The stay was great. Mae was so easy and pleasant to work with. Her suggestion to call the Convention and visitors bureau of Paducah to plan outings in the city worked out great. We were able to visit much of what the city offered regarding restaurants and tourist sites. We had a minor issue with hot water in the house but was resolved quickly.

Most charming and accommodating place

Starting with the owner, Mae was the most accommodating and easy to work with. Every pic you see is as is, if not even more charming in person. My daughter and her bridal party stayed here rehearsal night and got ready for the wedding day here. Everyone was in awe of every intricate detail in this beautiful place. Hope to stay here again one day!
