「Very cute home in a great location. It’s only about a 5-block walk to the pier, with a beautiful view and deck from the upstairs bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet but still walkable to bars and coffee shops. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortably fit our family. 「I would not rent this place if you have a family. He charged extra a week after our stay for additional cleaning. There are blankets covering older, dark colored dated couches. The flooring is not even with a huge dip near the sliding glass doors. When I tried to inquire as to why we were being charged, he was unprofessional and I was taken aback by his responses. We will not stay here again.」

「Host was very responsive. The studio was….awkward. It was spacious but huge couches /cabinets overwhelmed the space and made it awkward to move around. Bathroom was up some stairs and through 2 doors. Kinda small and again laid out awkwardly . Parking was a challenge on the second and third nights. Had to wait until spaces on the street opened up. On the last night, it rained. The hosts car was parked under a roof drip and had to listen to the drips thump on the hood of the car. 」

"アーリーチェックインで75ドル、荷物を部屋に運ぶのにも課金、駐車料金も周囲の駐車場よりも高い値段。部屋自体は安いが、LCC のようにLow Cost Hotelとして課金がすごい。これなら部屋代を抑えなければよかった。もう泊まることはないだろう。"

"値段、安全性、ロケーション、スタッフのサービス、施設設備の全てに満足できるホテルでした。ホテルがあるエリアは主要な駅から程近く、公共交通機関を利用する際にも便利な位置にあります。夜になるとホームレスがうようよ歩き回るエリアなので21時以降は外に出ない、uberを利用することをおすすめします。ですがホテルのエントランスは24時間セキュリティスタッフ在中し、ホームレスが入ってこないように常に施錠されています。建物内にいる時に不安を感じる要素はありません。ホテルの外の環境は悪いですが、サンフランシスコの中心地でもあるので高級ブランドやデパート、飲食店、スーパーなども充実しています。空港から一本で来れることや宿泊中の移動のしやすさから考えても、ロケーションはとてもいいと思います。私はシティールームという部屋に宿泊しました。トイレとシャワーが壁で限られることなく、ワンルームに全て詰まっているつくりです。螺旋状の階段を登ったロフトにベッドがあります。階段の踊り場に大きな鏡とマットレスがあり、くつろぐスペースもベッド以外にありました。清潔感のある内装で、照明も明るいです。強いていうなら、私の部屋には陽の光が入る窓がありませんでした。サンフランシスコの建物の特性上仕方ないのかなと思います。"
