「The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure 」

「We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back」

「This charming walk up apartment is centrally located to everything in a safe area of San Francisco. Ralph is an excellent host with amazing communication. He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. The kitchen provided many appliances and spices galore and the rooftop deck afforded us spectacular views. Everything is a short walk away including activities and more restaurants than you can imagine. If ever...

「The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again.」

「Couldn't have been a better stay. The view is exceptional and peaceful. The property was clean, and exactly as advertised. The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. I will 100% stay here again the next time I am in the area.」

「Ruben and Roc were fantastic hosts. We had a few special requests and they were very accommodating. They were always available with anything we needed and we appreciated their flexibility. The apartment was all you see in the pictures and more. We were only there for three nights, on-the-go much of the time, and only two of us, so we didn't need anything too big, yet many of the places I looked at were the size of a hotel room or an actual hotel room. 「Great property! It was very clean and functional. Communication with the host was also very good. One bedroom faces the street so there is street noise, but you are in the city!」

「The communication with the host in regards to the property and check in was excellent. The property was centrally located. I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out. Outdoor patio was a huge bonus, which I appreciated as a lovely space to sit and get some work done on the laptop. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it.」

「We gathered for a business retreat for 11 people, the home had ample and comfortable private space for everyone, great spaces for meetings, meals, games and relaxing. Beautiful walk down the beach to the overlook covered in wildflowers. The home has every kitchen tool and gadget you can imagine and enough space to feed an army.」
