"So I booked for one night end up staying two. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. They provided free breakfast buffet entry tickets and drink vouchers each night. The only drawback was a shift manager who basically thorned me when I wanted to ask a simple question. His rudeness was a turn off but the hotel itself was credible and I would considered a good value."

"“We had a frightening experience during our stay when my wife needed emergency care. Jerry and Mike from the staff were absolutely incredible — they responded quickly, stayed calm, and made sure we got the help we needed without any hassle. They even arranged for us to stay an extra night so we could recover. Their kindness and professionalism during a really scary moment meant everything to us. Beyond Jerry and Mike, the entire staff — from the housekeeping team to the front desk — were highly personable and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, the Hyatt Regency Waikiki is the one. Highly recommend.”"

"My room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The rose garden, even though excessively decorated for Halloween, was a very pleasant spot in which to have my morning coffee. The coffee provided wasn't great. However the shuttle service to Disneyland was! All of the drivers I encountered were pleasant and helpful, some even playful. My only real issue was with the shower curtain. It was too short (or hung too high), and didn't stay inside the tub, so a shower resulted in a pond on the bathroom floor. It made for a slippery floor and was a nuisance to clean up. Another guest mentioned her room had the same problem."
